AN OYSTER FROM ISIGNY-SUR-MER

Raised on one of the Normandy landing beaches, you can taste the iodized and balsamic essence of this truly special oyster. With a marked sapidity, it will be able to combine with the minerality of rosé.

A FAMOUS match

A fresh, mineral and fragrant wine produced on the steep slopes of the Rhone valley near Provence. Unlike champagne, which is considered more a wine for ceremonies or for special occasions, rosé is a wine that marries oysters in everyday life and in the lightheartedness of days in Provence. You will just have to imagine yourself on the beach at sunset!
