I nostri carciofi vengono raccolti in Puglia e lavorati interamente a mano seguendo la tradizionale ricetta che arriva dal sud.

Dopo essere stati accuratamente scelti vengono cotti per breve tempo in acqua e aceto e poi confezionati in olio di oliva.
