A Jamón Ibérico 100% Bellota, not coming from housed Iberian pigs, but from animals that ate outdoors with herbs, roots, tubers and then, in the last months before the sacrifice, with acorns. It is a unique and precious product: from the moment of birth to the table, at least 5 years of great care pass, including salting, drying and seasoning.
Already famous for his breeding of bullfighting bulls, Juan Pedro Domecq first, and now his family, breed with great passion a small quantity of purebred Cerdos Ibericos, left free since weaning, destined for the production of a jamón of excellent quality (the best in the world).
The great passion and the great care with which these pigs are raised are a guarantee of excellent quality: an authentic Jamón Ibérico from animals that have fed on acorns, herbs and roots.
