Jamon Iberico de Bellota DOC - Joselito is a very high quality ham, obtained by raising 100% Iberian pigs in the wild, fed mainly on acorns. Considered by many to be the best ham in the world, it is present in the best delicatessens and restaurants in the world.
 
FOUR PRECIOUS CUTS TO DISCOVER THIS UNIQUE PRODUCT

The box will allow you to taste four different cured meats, made from the best pigs selected by Joselito:
  • Jamon Gran reserva: the best known cut, the one that made Pata Negra famous, made from ham
  • Cana de lomo: known as lomo de bellota, a cured meat made from the loins of the Iberian pig marinated with paprika and spices
  • Chorizo: the traditional slightly spicy Iberian salami
  • Salchichon: Iberian salami selected from the best cuts of meat, natural

We recommend tasting it alone, accompanied by cheeses, structured red wines, dry whites and bubbles.
 
HOW TO SERVE IT?

It is important to remove the bags from the refrigerator and open them one hour before consumption. To best enjoy this fine meat it is important that it be consumed at room temperature. Pair it with a good Rioja red wine or a good sparkling wine, perhaps Iberian!
