We select large octopuses, cook the tentacles at low temperature for 6-7 hours. This technique allows you to maintain the best flavor and texture.
All the juices of the meat are not lost, you will appreciate a perfect and soft cooking.
HOW TO USE IT?
Try blanching it in a nice hot pan with a drizzle of oil for 3-5 minutes to add a touch of crunchiness!
Serve it Galician style with a drizzle of oil and a sprinkling of slightly spicy paprika, or in a salad, simply by cutting it into slices.
