The test box contains fresh fish raw (our warehouse is the sea) everything is ready for tasting. Choose the "raw only" box, you can taste a very high level tasting and finish your aperitif by cooking a plate of rice with prawn tartare, and a tasty Italian sea bass fillet in a pan.
If you choose the test box with oysters, you can taste in addition to the raw and 12 Spèciale de Claire oysters, a delicious risotto with oyster tartare, always following the video recipe shown in the card
