how to cook sea bass?

Cook it in foil with parchment paper or aluminum: close the cherry tomatoes, garlic, olives and capers in the foil. Add a drizzle of oil and two flakes of Maldon salt, close the foil and bake at 180 degrees for 10/15 minutes.

Come cucinarlo?

Padella: 6–8 minuti, olio EVO e limone
Vapore: 6-8 minuti leggero e pulito, con erbe aromatiche
Forno: 10 minuti 180°, con verdure di stagione per un piatto completo

Suggerimento: abbinalo a verdure e una fonte di carboidrati “puliti” (es. riso, patate) per un piatto bilanciato.
