how to cook it?

Make tall steaks as you like and let them rest out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before eating. Cook it over high heat as if it were a beef steak. Using a meat thermometer, make sure you don't exceed the temperature of 58/60 degrees to prevent it from drying out too much!

Piastra o padella: 2-3 minuti per lato, cottura rapida e succosa.
Forno: 180°, 8 minuti, con erbe mediterranee e un filo d’olio, perfetto per un piatto “light” e ordinato.
