Nel 1875, Pol Cochet sviluppò il proprio vigneto e produsse il suo primo assemblaggio. È l'inizio di una lunga tradizione familiare. Infatti, dopo la Prima Guerra Mondiale, Henri Petitjean, genero di Pol Cochet, gli succede e continua a sviluppare l'attività.
Al naso rivela aromi delicati di fiori bianchi (acacia, biancospino) e frutta estiva (pesca bianca, albicocca), con un'evoluzione verso note di ciliegia. Al palato è fresco, elegante e rivela note di brioche.

All the "EXPRESS" branded products that you find in the boutique, has to be ordered by 10.00 am, to be received the next day. To also receive products on reservation that do not have the "EXPRESS" tag, they must be ordered by Monday, you can receive them starting from Thursday.
