WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT IT?
At least 10 years must pass before the eggs of this sturgeon can be ready to be tasted. It is considered by many to be the most refined quality of caviar due to its balanced taste, grain texture, unmistakable nutty aftertaste and bright brown color. E’ perfetto da degustare in purezza.

You should know that for almost twenty years the caviar culture has arrived in Italy thanks to the Iranian artisans who have transmitted the art of knowing how to transform sturgeon eggs into prized caviar. Italy is considered to be the largest producer of caviar after China.
