WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT IT?

It comes from the Huso huso sturgeon, raised in the Caspian Sea on the Iranian coast. It takes about 20 years to obtain this caviar, from sturgeons that can reach 200kg and 2m in length. It must be consumed strictly in purity, by the spoon.
