Il merluzzo cotto a bassa temperatura è un metodo di preparazione che garantisce un pesce incredibilmente tenero e saporito.

Fai bollire una pentola con circa 2 litri circa d'acqua, quando bolle, immergi la busta chiusa, metti al minimo il fuoco e chiudi con un coperchio. Bastano 6 minuti per far arrivare a cottura il cuore di merluzzo. Apri la busta, condisci con Olio evo e Sale di Maldom, e impiatta con delle verdurine e carboidrati per un pasto completo ed equilibrato.
