WHY DID WE CHOOSE IT?
Each fish stands out for its characteristics and nuances that make it unique. Taste it together with our Mediterranean bluefin tuna to appreciate the differences!
HOW IS IT SOLD?
The tartare is blast chilled and prepared by our chefs, ready for consumption. Packaged in our trays in a controlled atmosphere, it will keep its characteristics unaltered for up to 3/4 days from receipt if kept in the refrigerator unopened.
HOW TO TASTE IT?
Consume it at room temperature, remove it from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption. A drizzle of oil and a few flakes of Maldon salt will suffice!
