Remove the shell from the end of the head to the tail, you can help yourself with crustacean scissors that you find in the accessories section. Using the tip of a knife, remove the gut from the back. To serve them whole, leave the extreme part of the tail to increase the scenic effect!
Take a cue from the photo and make a carabineros sashimi, you can taste it elegantly in small bites.
Some specimens may have dark red eggs in the part under the head, not to be confused with the gut. Try them, they are a real goodness!
