TARTARE AL NATURALE
- Togli dal congelatore
- Apri la busta e adagia la tartare su un piatto
- Metti in frigorifero e lascia scongelare per 3 ore, oppure temperatura ambiente 30 miuti prima di servire
- Condisci con olio extra vergine e sale di Maldon
Tartare salmone avocado e lime (cremosa e fresca)
- Schiaccia l’avocado con olio, sale, pepe.
- Aggiungi poco succo di lime.
- Unisci il salmone a cubetti e mescola delicatamente 10 secondi.
- Impiatta (avocado sotto, salmone sopra)
Tartare salmone yogurt greco ed erba cipollina
- Mescola 3 cucchiai di yogurt greco + erba cipollina + scorza di limone + pepe + sale.
- Condisci la tartare con 1–2 cucchiai di questa crema (non affogarlo).
- • 3. Servi subito, finendo con pepe e un filo d’olio
