Lobster sauce

A tasty and simple dish to prepare. You will receive a jar of sauce and a free pack of spaghetti Grano Armando guitar, to quickly cook this succulent first course, the portion is to be considered abundant for two people. 

 

Creating a delicious lobster sauce and obtaining a perfect consistency can be difficult and long-lasting! We cook the sauce in our laboratories with the technique of "sous vide", vacuum and low temperature for a long time. This technique guarantees the best consistency and maintenance of all the succulent liquids released by the ingredients in cooking. You will receive the pasta and the jar with the sauce. 

 

You will have to heat the pot with the sauce on a low heat in a pan or microwave, bring the water to the boil for the pasta. When you reach the desired cooking, add the pasta to the sauce. You don’t need to add anything else to taste it better!
