2. 3. 4. To make the scallops au gratin, start by sprinkling the pulp of the scallops with a drizzle of oil (1). Then stuff the scallops with the panure present in the thyme flavored box already prepared by our chefs. (2). Once the breading has been distributed, we recommend moistening the breading with a drop of oil to obtain a crunchy solution. (3) Bake them in a preheated convection oven at 190 ° for about 15 minutes; they will be ready as soon as an inviting crust has been created. (4)
