Il paté di Foie Gras è una preparazione a base di petto (magret) d'anatra, grasso di anatra e maiale, emulsionato nel pregiato foie-gras d'anatra. È la combinazione perfetta di un autentico paté di campagna per un ricco antipasto.
Consiglio d'utilizzo
E' consigliato il servizio su pane tostato (preferibile il tradizionale "Pan Brioché"), accompagnato da marmellata di cipolle o chutney di fichi e scaglie di sale maldon, per una gustosa esperienza culinaria.
