From the depths of the Mediterranean

It lives in the deep waters between Sicily and Tunisia. It is in these sandy bottoms, where the water temperature is warmer and the salinity higher, that the unique taste of Mazara del Vallo shrimp is created, difficult to find in other products.

This product has been properly frozen on board. This is actually the best method to eat it raw because it preserves the characteristics of the product intact for several months after its harvest as though it were fresh: organoleptic and nutritional properties, consistency, flavour and aroma remain unaltered.

The chefs use it mainly for fried and first courses, but above all, taste it raw and remember that the true flavor of this delight is contained in the head.
