WHY DID WE CHOOSE IT?
We have selected the most interesting and significant product of the area most suited to goat production. Being a delicate and highly artisanal cheese, traditionally it is pierced by a straw that keeps the shape intact and facilitates aging.
HOW TO TASTE IT BEST?
Remove it from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before consumption and enjoy it at room temperature to fully enjoy the taste and creaminess. Pair it with fresh and mineral wines such as the typical Muscadet

All the "EXPRESS" branded products that you find in the boutique, has to be ordered by 10.00 am, to be received the next day. To also receive products on reservation that do not have the "EXPRESS" tag, they must be ordered by Monday, you can receive them starting from Thursday.
