Strong and refined taste

The hedgehog lives in the shallow waters near the coasts, up to 80 meters deep. The eggs, an edible part of the hedgehog, have a lively color ranging from coral red to orange and are present only in females.

Given the stop fishing imposed in the summer months on the coasts of the Mediterranean Sea, we have selected the best sea urchin pulp, packaged by the historic gastronomy J.C. David of Boulogne-Sur-Mer, Upper France.

The pleasant taste is unique and incomparable to any other seafood, a real delicacy, a sort of tasty whim able to satisfy the gluttony of the most refined palates!
