At the time of order you have the possibility to choose between the digital and the paper based card.
Discover the differences :
• Digital card : receive your PDF card within 24 hours by email to be sent to the person you want to gift to. In case of need, please contact us at the time of ordering.
• Paper-based card: you can choose whom to gift to by indicating the shipping address and the requested delivery day. The shipping cost is free!
When ordering, please duly fill in the "Shipping Data" field with full shipping address, email contact and telephone number of the recipient; this way we will organize the delivery according to your needs. If you prefer, you can also notify us a short custom sentence that will be used as "discount code"

Al momento dell’acquisto hai la possibilità di scegliere tra la card digitale e quella fisica. Scopri la differenza:
- card digitale: ricevi entro 24 ore via mail la tua card in PDF e inoltrala alla persona a cui vuoi regalarla. Per urgenze contattaci al momento dell'acquisto, se acquisti la giftcard digitale nel week end, la riceverai entro il lunedì.
- card fisica: puoi scegliere a chi farla recapitare esplicitando l’indirizzo di spedizione e il giorno di consegna richiesto. Il costo di spedizione delle Gift Card è gratuito!
Il destinatario potrà utilizzare il regalo entro un anno dalla ricezione e sarà valida per un solo acquisto. L'utilizzo delle gift card fisiche prevede le nostre condizioni di spedizione che saranno applicate all'utente finale.
Per l'acquisto della gift non è possibile utilizzare codici sconto. Qualora un codice sconto venga applicato all'acquisto della gift card, l'ordine sarà annullato e rimborsato

Il credito deve essere riscattato in un'unica soluzione, eventuali importi eccedenti dovranno essere pagati con Carta di Credito o PayPal al saldo.
Entro quando posso utilizzarla?
La giftcard ha validità di 12 mesi, applicando la Gift Card nel carrello, nella sezione "Inserire codice promozionale" potrai verificare la validità della stessa

All the "EXPRESS" branded products that you find in the boutique, has to be ordered by 10.00 am, to be received the next day. To also receive products on reservation that do not have the "EXPRESS" tag, they must be ordered by Monday, you can receive them starting from Thursday.
