Manna, a very unique wine that Franz dedicated with its first release in 1995 to Maria Luisa, is a cuvée of Riesling, Chardonnay, a part of Gewürztraminer and a small percentage of Sauvignon Bianco; with the 2013 vintage a part of Kerner was added, decreasing the percentages of Riesling and Gewürztraminer. The vineyards of the five grape varieties are located at an altitude between 350 and 800 meters. The soils, very different from each other, are of dolomitic, porphyritic, sandy and marly origin and are exposed to the south-west.
