They are seafarers. A family, the Degortes, who have always been fishermen and sailors. The sea of Sardinia is their world, their work, their passion. Today, in the Gulf of Olbia, they grow these oysters.
A NEW ITALIAN EXCELLENCE
The waters in which they are born and grow are clear, very pure, rich in oxygen and life. The deep currents that move them, the wind and the sun regulate their saline and nutrient content. Tasting Mamer, with its fleshy and crunchy fruit, you will perceive the salinity of the sea, and then be pervaded by a taste of sweetness, which make them unique and special.
