Drying enhances the crunchiness and flavor of the caviar, which concentrates and maintains all its organoleptic characteristics and unmistakable flavor. The strong taste makes it ideal for enhancing the flavor of any dish, we recommend grating it and stirring it in risottos, on soups and hot main courses. It should be stored in a cool and dry place.
