THE OYSTER YOU WILL RECEIVE
Cocollos is a "reserve" oyster, that is highly selected with a meat content that exceeds 14 percent. The caliber we have selected is called "papillon" due to its particular relationship between small size and high fleshiness. It is perfect if you love persistent and balanced oysters.
THE CHAMPAGNE IN PAIRING
Pommery is a true guarantee of authenticity, classicism and good taste. By choosing the "with Champagne" option you will receive the Apanage cuveé, you will be able to appreciate its freshness and delicacy that will accompany the oyster with style and elegance.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED

All the "EXPRESS" branded products that you find in the boutique, has to be ordered by 10.00 am, to be received the next day. To also receive products on reservation that do not have the "EXPRESS" tag, they must be ordered by Monday, you can receive them starting from Thursday.
