Jean-Yves Bordier's cheese

Jean-Yves Bordier is a cheese selector and refiner, a very popular figure in France. He constantly chooses the best products from small artisans scattered among the agricultural districts, and last in Saint-Malò in Brittany the final stages of maturation of the product which will become in effect a jewel of milk.

Each tray is made up of 6 cheeses for a kilo of total weight, perfect for a tasting for 10/12 people or a dinner for 5/6. Each plateau tells a journey between territories and dairy cultures.
