Il Polpo alla Galiziana o Pulpo a la Gallega, è un piatto tradizionale della Galizia il cui consumo si è generalizzato in tutto la Spagna. Tipica ricetta domenicale e consumato soprattutto durante le feste della Settimana Santa. Il delicato sapore del polpo sposa la forza di gusto delle spezie usate durante la cottura quali peperoncino e paprika. Ideale come stuzzicante aperitivo ma ottimo anche come piatto unico.
