Do you love French bistros by the sea but don't appreciate raw products? This plateau is just for you!
Few people know that raw fish is little loved in France, if you notice it apart from coquillages (oysters, clams, truffles) the plateaus are composed of steamed elements. With this selection you can enjoy the pleasure of the most popular seafood dishes in bistros or satisfy diners who do not appreciate raw fish.
HOW DO I GET IT?
Everything is already cooked and packaged in our trays in a controlled atmosphere, keep the elements in the refrigerator until the expiration date which is approximately 3/4 days from receipt.
how to taste it?
Remove the products from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before consumption, taste them in combination with the most typical French sauces. We recommend the aioli sauce for whelks and the rouille sauce for shellfish.
