There is no need to cook, lunch arrives at home ready to be enjoyed, and you just have to serve!
The proposal includes a combination of crustaceans: crispy prawns and the fragrant red prawn of Mazara.
You will continue with an encore of tartare, tuna and amberjack, salmon sashimi and trout eggs to accompany it all.

To enhance the flavors, just a veil of oil and a few flakes of crunchy Maldon salt.
