For you a fantastic proposal for 4 guests where the seafood cruditès will be the protagonists.

There is no need to cook, lunch arrives at home ready to be enjoyed, and you just have to serve!

The proposal includes a combination of crustaceans: crispy prawns and the fragrant red prawn of Mazara.
You will continue with an encore of tartare, tuna and amberjack, salmon sashimi and trout eggs to accompany it all.

To enhance the flavors, just a veil of oil and a few flakes of crunchy Maldon salt.

In the box you will also find the artisan butter of Jean-Yives-Bordier, the famous Breton master cheese maker. Accompanied with a crunchy seed bread it will frame the raw fish.

To accompany you in this experience, we suggest the combination with our Pouilly Fumé.

As required by law, our fish intended for raw consumption undergoes a particular freezing procedure that reaches -60 ° at the heart of the product in a very short time. A treatment that kills all parasites dangerous to humans, while maintaining the organoleptic characteristics of the fish intact: even though it is a defrosted product, it is practically impossible to distinguish it from an untreated one!
